Lesley has been a fitness instructor & personal trainer since 1993: She is qualified & experienced in teaching Aerobics, Step, Circuits, Weight Training & Pre/Post Natal fitness.
Lesley's fascination with Abdominal Training led to the discovery of Pilates in 1999. this revolutionary exercise system can flatten your stomach & improve posture, muscle tone & flexibility,whilst also helping to alleviate or prevent back problems! It can also be used for energy, relaxation and stress!
Lesley is extremely proud of her training:with Michael King at The Pilates Institute in London to Advanced Instructor Level with Distinction & Pre/Post Natal Certification. She combines her work with raising her 6 children, aged between 3 & 17 & also enjoys running (when she can find the time!!)
