DAY 2

Awaking from a restful night’s sleep we will provide you with a basket of locally sourced produce so you can prepare your own breakfast.

In the morning we will focus on the practice of mindfulness with an introduction to the technique. This will be followed by a walk where you will be able to immerse your senses in the beautiful local scenery and focus your mind on the present moment.

Afternoon will see us head to the coast for an invigorating afternoon of coastal activities. Paddle boarding is a great workout not only for the body, but also for the mind as it is a great stress reliever. Imagine yourself balancing on top of the ocean water and feeling the breeze blowing on your face. Being connected to nature and the ocean aids relaxation with tension and stress melting away.
