A 3-night stay in a marine-themed coastal property on the beautiful North Wales coast with sea views - like a home from home. The sea is literally on the doorstep and a short stroll will take us to a sandy beach, allowing the opportunity to harness the power of the sea for health and wellbeing. This retreat provides a personalised experience with a maximum of 6 guests. The itinerary includes yoga sessions with our experienced and registered yoga teacher, a full-day group watersports activity (e.g. sailing, windsurfing, paddlesport), all meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients, and mindfulness-based activities including coastal walks and health and wellbeing workshops with our registered psychologist, Dr Victoria Galbraith. Prices are based on sharing a twin room with a friend/partner or other retreatant; and a shared bathroom between guests.
